Product Introduction
1、管式平衡梁：用無(wú)縫鋼管、吊耳、加強(qiáng)板等焊接而成，可用于吊裝排管、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件和中小型設(shè)備；
2、鋼板平衡梁：為現(xiàn)場(chǎng)就地加工制作，鋼板厚度按設(shè)備重量確定；
3、槽鋼型平衡梁：由槽鋼、吊環(huán)板、吊耳、加強(qiáng)板、螺栓等組成。其特點(diǎn)是分部板提吊點(diǎn)可前后移動(dòng)，可根據(jù)設(shè)備重量、尺寸來(lái)選擇起吊點(diǎn)，使用方便、安全、可靠。
4、桁架式平衡梁：由各種型鋼、吊環(huán)板、吊耳、桁架轉(zhuǎn)軸、橫梁等焊接而成。當(dāng)?shù)觞c(diǎn)伸開(kāi)的距離較大時(shí)，一般采用桁架式平衡梁以增加其剛度。
吊梁設(shè)計(jì)制造的安全系數(shù)不應(yīng)小于額定起重量的4倍；其上的吊鉤、索具燈影對(duì)稱分布、長(zhǎng)短相等、連接可靠，新制造吊梁應(yīng)用1.25倍的額定載荷試驗(yàn)，驗(yàn)證后方可投入使用；吊梁使用前應(yīng)檢查吊梁及起重機(jī)吊鉤及吊索連接處是否正常；要保持吊索與吊梁水平夾角不能過(guò)小，以避免水平分力過(guò)大使吊梁發(fā)生變形，此夾角一般應(yīng)為45°～ 60°。若夾角過(guò)小，可用卸扣將在起重機(jī)吊鉤上的兩繩圈固定在一起，防止其脫鉤；當(dāng)?shù)趿寒a(chǎn)生裂紋、變形、磨損、腐蝕嚴(yán)重時(shí)，應(yīng)立即報(bào)廢。
