止水帶的施工方法
橡膠止水帶是在混凝土澆注過程中部分或全部澆埋混凝土中在澆埋混凝土以前要使其在界面部位保持平展，接頭部分粘接緊固.再以適當(dāng)?shù)牧Τ浞譂矒v.震蕩混凝土來定位止水帶，使其與混凝土良好的結(jié)合，一面影響止水效果。
施工注意事項(xiàng)
在施工過程中，由于混凝土中有許多尖角的石子和銳刃的鋼筋，所以在澆搗和定位止水帶時(shí)，應(yīng)注意澆搗的沖擊力，以免由于力量過大而刺破橡膠止水帶如發(fā)現(xiàn)有破裂現(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時(shí)修補(bǔ)，否則在接縫變形和受水壓時(shí)橡膠止水帶所能抵抗外力的能力就會大幅度降低。
固定止水帶時(shí)，只能在止水帶的允許部位上穿孔打洞，不得損壞本體部分。在定位橡膠止水帶時(shí)，一定要使其在界面部位保持平展，更不能讓止水帶翻滾、扭結(jié)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)有扭結(jié)不展現(xiàn)象應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)正
在澆鑄固定止水帶時(shí)，應(yīng)防止止水帶偏移，以免單側(cè)縮短，影響止水效果如圖B、C)
在混凝土澆搗時(shí)還必須充分震蕩，以免止水帶和混凝士結(jié)合不良而影響止水效果。
止水帶接頭必須粘接良好，可參考圖示(如圖A)，如施工現(xiàn)場條件具備，可采用熱硫化連接的方法。不加任何處理的所謂“搭接”是絕對不允許的。
止水帶貯運(yùn)注意事項(xiàng)
止水帶在運(yùn)輸與貯存時(shí)，應(yīng)注意勿使包裝損壞，放置于通風(fēng)、干燥處、并應(yīng)避免陽光直射，禁止與酸、堿、油類及有機(jī)溶劑等接觸，且隔離熱源;應(yīng)保存于室內(nèi)，并不得重壓。自生產(chǎn)日期起半年內(nèi)產(chǎn)品性能應(yīng)符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的規(guī)定。
