Product Introduction
減速器高速軸轉(zhuǎn)速：n，≤1500/mn。
減速器工作環(huán)境溫度-40～45℃。低于0℃時(shí)，啟動(dòng)前潤滑油應(yīng)預(yù)熱。
主要工作特點(diǎn):
(1)齒輪采用高強(qiáng)度低碳合金鋼經(jīng)滲淬火而成，齒面硬度達(dá)HRC54～62;
(2)齒輪均采用磨齒工藝、精度高、接觸好;
(3)承載能力高，比舊軟齒面減速器承載能力提高七倍
(4)傳動(dòng)效率高，單級可達(dá)98％，兩級可達(dá)96％，三級可達(dá)94％
(5)壽命長。
