Room temperature curing adhesive
Scope of application: Widely used in the construction of metallurgical steel plants, coal mines, thermal power plants, coking plants, cement plants, concrete mixing stations, sand mining plants, fertilizer plants, grain depots, rice plants, flour mills, wharves, ports, and hydropower stations. At room temperature, the joints of various canvas material layer core conveyor belts of industrial and mining enterprises are quickly cold-adhesive at room temperature.

使用方法
1、混合:將粘合劑和固化劑按10:1比例配比，充分混合攪拌均勻，在2小時(shí)內(nèi)用完。
2、涂膠:用短而硬的毛刷在結(jié)合面上均勻刷涂三遍混合好的膠液。刷涂后膠液要表干，達(dá)到不再粘附手指背。
3、干燥:每次涂膠后就用碘鎢燈或紅外線燈烘烤(烘烤溫度60～-80℃)，加快溶劑揮發(fā)，至不枯附手指背時(shí)再刷下次膠。
4、粘合:待第三次涂膠后烘烤至不粘附手指背時(shí)，將兩個(gè)臺(tái)階式搭接面對(duì)準(zhǔn)貼合，用手捶從中間向四周密實(shí)地敲打2-3遍即可，排盡兩搭接面間的空氣。
5、固化:粘合后的皮帶在張緊前，應(yīng)在常溫下固化1小時(shí)即可負(fù)荷使用。為獲得最佳粘接效果兩個(gè)接口縫用橡膠修補(bǔ)劑進(jìn)行封口處理。

①本品應(yīng)在室溫(20℃)陰涼干燥的環(huán)境中密封貯存，自生產(chǎn)之日起，常溫(20℃)貯存期為18個(gè)月。過(guò)期應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)，合格仍可繼續(xù)使用
②本品含有機(jī)溶劑，微毒，易燃，貯存使用時(shí)應(yīng)注意防毒、防火，使用環(huán)境應(yīng)保持通風(fēng)，切記不得有明火存在，烘烤時(shí)應(yīng)保持50cm以上的距離。
③若因?yàn)槿軇]發(fā)而使膠變稠，可加入適量的稀釋劑(如甲苯、二甲苯等)進(jìn)行稀釋，并混合攪拌均勻后仍可使用。
④當(dāng)在低溫環(huán)境下貯存造成膠變稠，可將鐵桶置于60-80℃的熱水中加熱后即可使用。
