軸承座內(nèi)徑直接沖壓到軸承配合尺寸及表面粗糙度，與管配合尺寸經(jīng)專用機床車削加工到設(shè)計值。
軸承座表面進行脫脂，磷化處理，以増強漆膜附著力。
