外裝式電動(dòng)滾筒的型式代號(hào)
外裝式電動(dòng)滾筒是介于傳統(tǒng)的電機(jī)一減速機(jī)一傳動(dòng)滾筒的開(kāi)式傳動(dòng)與普通電動(dòng)滾簡(jiǎn)驅(qū)動(dòng)之間的種輸送機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置，它具有電機(jī)在外散熱性能好，而且容易對(duì)電機(jī)進(jìn)行維修或更換等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。在占有空間位置和制造材料方面，均比開(kāi)式傳動(dòng)減少三分之ー左右。但比普通電動(dòng)滾筒又増加三分之ー左右。外裝式電動(dòng)滾筒是目前國(guó)內(nèi)工業(yè)要求下的產(chǎn)物，因?yàn)閺倪壿嬙韴D上分析，主要部件仍屬串聯(lián)聯(lián)接，而且至少増加一件傳動(dòng)軸。從可靠性上分析，并沒(méi)有增加可靠性?？墒怯捎谒碾姍C(jī)散熱性好電機(jī)的安裝、維修和檢查方便，以及在占據(jù)空間位置及制造材料上，比老式的開(kāi)式傳動(dòng)優(yōu)越，所以國(guó)內(nèi)外裝式電動(dòng)滾筒多用在大功率上。外裝式電動(dòng)滾筒，由于電機(jī)散熱的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，在某些大功率場(chǎng)合還是較合適的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置
